GENERAL INFO:
If you don’t know what kind of art you have, Just give us an e-mail with your questions and we will work through the details.
We accept PC or Mac-compatible files on 3.5" floppy disks,
100 MB Zip Disks, or CDR Media. Please include a hard copy for reference.
You may also e-mail files up to 5 MB in size to This e-mail address
Files may be compressed with .zip or .sit compression.
RASTER ARTWORK:
Preferred File Formats:
Adobe Photoshop version CS or earlier (.TIF, .BMP, .GIF, .JPG, .PSD, .EPS, etc.)
Other formats may be acceptable. Please e-mail us to check. Please note if sending GIF or JPEG files. We may need pre-compressed versions of you artwork in 200-300 dpi formats to produce your art free of charge.
For best results, please supply your raster images at actual size, 200 dpi or higher.
Screen resolution (72 dpi) graphics don’t work very well
unless they are three times actual print size.
VECTOR ARTWORK:
Preferred File Formats:
Macromedia Freehand version 11 or earlier (FH9, etc.)
Adobe Illustrator version 10 or earlier (.AI, .EPS, .ART, .WMF, etc.)
Corel Draw version 10 or earlier (.CDR)
Adobe Acrobat (.PDF)
Other formats may be acceptable. Please call to check.
Please make sure all text is converted to paths, curves, or outlines,
or that all font files used in the artwork are also supplied.
Please make sure all placed raster images are either embedded in the vector file, or include the raster images along with the vector file.
Raster images are often linked to a location on your hard drive by default,
and will not be present in the actual vector file.
